Best Vacation by Darren and Carolyn Carter

Darren with his 40inch Sable
Both Carolyn and I would like to extend our gratitude for the high level of professionalism to all the staff at Umdende Hunting Safaris.

Garth (Dangerous game PH and Outfitter)with Carolyn and Darren, and Darren's first African animal

From planning & booking right up to our departure everything and everybody exceeded all our expectations! The accommodations, food and staff were all outstanding at all the lodges we stayed.

A special thanks to Garth who took care of our every need, in fact spoiled us rotten! His PH skills in assessing trophy animals are second to none.

We left Alberta with such uncertainty of what was to come and we returned with a genuine feeling of having the best vacation of our lives and several new great friends!

There would be no hesitation to return and do it all over again!
Great job Umdende!

  1. Bloodthirsty savagrs. Hunting these animals is not a 'sport.' Even the playing field and give the animals a gun, then you can call it sporting. How humane is it to hunt a defenseless animal that has no way to escape? How superior do you feel that you're able to destroy an animal that had done nothing to deserve it's fate? Shame on you. Karma will be fitting if when you get to your final destination, you're in an enclosed pen with all the poor animals you butchered. Let them enjoy the thrill of the hunt.

  2. Good luck explaining to your grandchildren that you proudly participated in some of these beautiful animals becoming extinct.
Disgusting human beings, both of you.

  3. So profoundly revolting and sad that this is still going on... what is wrong with humanity that we just can't evolve...there are moments when I'm ashamed of my own specious and this is one of them.

  4. What is missing from your lives that you feel the need to kill these beautiful animals? You are sick. Get help!
