Christian with his one horned Impala |
I am a ph since 1993 and I did numberous hunts in southern Africa.
Clayton and Debbie Comins of Umdende came up with a very interesting offer and we arranged a safari which we just fulfilled : 2 days of wingshooting, 2 days of hunting bushpigs with dogs and two days of game drives and plains game hunting.

The wingshooting was in Sasolburg area and I have never had so much fun shooting a shotgun - we all battled in the beginning but picked up the pace and ended up in shooting doubles since there were thousands of birds in the Sorgum.

Hunting bushpigs with dogs was a new experience as well and we really had a great time pushing the pigs; one of us was in the Maize following the dogs and the other were awaiting the pigs under guidance of experienced bushpig-hunters. The weather was not in our favour but hard work presented us with success as well.

The last two days were spend in lessure hunting Impala, blessbok, warthog and various other plains game animals.

We left South Africa after a pleasant flight and I have never dropped off clients that were as happy as this group: I give Debbie and Clayton together with Tenneil and Garth my highest reference for a great trip, great hunting and a lovely time.
Take care, be kind & hunt well,
